Each individual may hold only one pakgem account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
All financial transactions on pakgem are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the qualifying deposit where possible.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering obligations have been fully met.
Use of automated software, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

pakgem reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Where satisfactory verification cannot be provided, pakgem may suspend or close the Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have misrepresented their age will have all winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.
Each Player may hold only one Account on pakgem. The registration of duplicate, joint, or third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update your details promptly if they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pakgem will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pakgem support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
pakgem reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that it reasonably suspects is being operated in breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published within the cashier section of the platform. Deposits are generally credited promptly; withdrawal processing times vary by method and are detailed in the cashier.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. pakgem reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Only real-money balances (not Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
From time to time, pakgem may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution weightings, and expiry dates.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
pakgem reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any promotional offer at its discretion, particularly where it suspects misuse or abuse of promotional systems.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a technical error during a game or bet placement, pakgem reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
Casino games on pakgem use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers. pakgem does not modify RTP settings below the published minimums.
Decisions by pakgem regarding bet settlement and game outcomes are final, subject only to any formal dispute process outlined in Section 14.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakgem platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
All content on the pakgem platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks – is the intellectual property of pakgem or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent from pakgem.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakgem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. pakgem's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
pakgem does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network connection are appropriate for accessing the Services.
pakgem collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pakgem.com/privacy-policy. By using the pakgem platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. Data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and where you have consented, for marketing communications.
pakgem is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered Players have access to the following tools within their Account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, session time hard caps, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. pakgem encourages all Players to use these tools proactively.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgem holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, Players should contact pakgem support in the first instance. pakgem will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority as specified in the pakgem licensing documentation.
